Refunds
Digital goods and the right of withdrawal
Consumer law normally gives you fourteen days to change your mind. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived, but only if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you are giving the right up. Checkout will ask you to do exactly that, with a checkbox, before payment.
Final wording of that consent, and whether we offer a discretionary refund window on top of it, to be settled with an accountant before launch.
If something is wrong with your pack
If a file will not open, does not fit your device, or contains a puzzle that turns out to be faulty, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. That is not a legal position, it is just how we would like to be treated.
How a refund is issued
Back to the card you paid with, through Paddle, who processed the payment. Your download link stops working when a refund is issued.
